Competitors will run a pre-defined loop around London. The first round will be run together as a group to get to know the course and your fellow competitors.
Then, each round, we will announce a random number of eliminations. The final few competitors over the line will be eliminated.
This will continue until there is only one person left who is crowned the winner and only finisher of Survive the Loop, taking home the £250 cash prize.
